When you reserve sweets or a custom order we'll hold it for you as confirmed. If plans change, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer. We may release a reservation if contact isn't made by the agreed time.
Products and prices are listed in good faith and may shift occasionally as seasonal ingredients and supplier availability change. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll always recommend the closest alternative from our current range.
For bespoke orders — personalised lollipops, custom chocolate boxes, themed confectionery selections — we ask for several days' notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, reach out immediately and we'll work with you as flexibly as we can.
